Real Quick Update

Dragonforce last night - Music - Good, Attitude of the Band - FAIL!
Two really surprisingly good support bands though, who were deciding not to be assholes to the crowd and thus got a better response than the main act! Kharma.

Stupid busy at the moment, no art for Christmas this year I think as I haven't done anything and it's nearly December, I have no idea how I'm going to fit everything in this month.

I have been about on DA but my internet connection at home is being rubbish so I've not been particularly active. Apologies to all for being a terrible watcher. Once it's sorted I will be back on form hopefully.





Thought I'd do a quick update as I haven't for AGES!

I have a lot of editing to do... I have some pictures from our short lived summer of Whitsand bay in Cornwall and 2 nights of this years National Fireworks Championships in Plymouth. Last year I only had a compact camera whereas this year I was trying to get used to using my DSLR and tripod, hard work but I got a few decent-ish shots that I'd like to put up and get some feedback on. Hopefully some progression has occurred!


I would really like to do some more drawing but I'm just not having time at the moment. Work is supremely busy and my baby (aka the artists materials website I've been doing at work) is now online and trading. Getting busier week on week which is a good sign.

On a deviant art note I have entered one of my deviantions (an owl drawing I did before Christmas) in a competition. I have never done any of the competitions on here so it's a new experience for me. I have to say, I don't imagine by any stretch of the imagination that I will win, I have checked out some of the submissions and they are STUNNING! Anyhow you can see it here; [link]
It's for an owl club which is awesome praise though I guess as they found it and suggested I might enter it and hopefully it will be good experience in any case.

I have a pretty exciting time coming up, and I are going to Newcastle for a week in September so hopefully lots of photos from that to come. Also it's a good time for live music, I'm going to see Muse in September, Bloc Party in October and The Prodigy in January! Awesomeness.


I promise to get my ass in gear and do some stuff to put on here...really this time...I do....honest.
